Wavefront sensing and deconvolution of widefield images of biological samples for microscopy

Abstract

A Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor is used to measure sample induced abberations in a widefield microscope. Images of biological samples are simultaneously obtained with a low-noise CMOS camera, and we investigate deconvolution of these images using information from the wavefront sensor.
