Abstract
The UN Commission of Inquiry urged all sides and the international community to cooperate with the International Criminal Court in The Hague. The commissions findings will be carefully examined by the chief prosecutor at the court. The report is likely to be significant in any decision by the prosecutor as to whether to move from a preliminary examination of the situation in the Palestinian territory, including events in Gaza, to a fully fledged investigation
