In this article the results of a qualitative and quantitative study on the progression and experiences of industry-based graduates who completed a masters in regulatory affairs is presented. The

personal and professional development. From a human capital investments there are wider benefits to employers
 and sponsoring organizations in terms of return on investment and attainment of new skillsets and competencies.
