The article discusses a study on diversity in clinical psychology training in Ireland, highlighting the under representation of certain groups, including gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, and disability, and offers recommendations for improving inclusivity. Topics include the demographics of clinical psychology trainees in Ireland, potential barriers to diversity, and suggestions for increasing inclusivity and representation in the field.
