N2 - This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To determine the clinical effectiveness of psychological therapy for adults with frequent episodic or chronic tension-type headache compared with medical or physical treatments, placebo, usual care or waiting list controls.
