Abstract
This paper presents a variety of existence results for nonlinear Urysohn discrete equations on the infinite interval. In particular, we consider y(i) = Sigma (infinity)(j=0) f(i, j, y(j)) for i is an element of {0, 1, 2,...}. Existence is established using fixed-point arguments. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd.
