Abstract

This chapter combines a variety of perspectives and expertise related to translation in crisis contexts, the sociolinguistics of migration, and crisis preparedness and response. It explores some concrete examples of how translation, or the lack thereof, has impacted different types of migrants in different types of cascading crises.
