Abstract
This article collection examines the law reform trends relating to the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its implications for mental health law and policy. The collection explores mental health law and policy reform in a number of jurisdictions and the impact that the CRPD and the jurisprudence of the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has is having on the review and reform of mental health law.
