Abstract
One of the features of FLAIR-FLOW Europe 4 (flairflow.com) is the production of 'synthesis' reports that are essentially focussed summaries of a particular topic. Different synthesis reports are written for health professionals, consumer groups and SMEs (food industry) each with an appropriate focus. In the first of a series of 6 synthesis reports for health professionals, this synthesis report provides an overview of dietary fat and cardiovascular disease.
