Abstract

Using the mixed monotone method we establish the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions for some fourth-order nonlinear singular continuous and discrete boundary value problem. The theorems obtained are very general and complement previously known results. (c) 2008 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
