1. The authors apologize for the typos in Eqs. (3) and (4), which must read as 2. The authors regret that in the final published version of Galich et al. (2017), the following references to the works by Shan et al. (2014), Wang et al. (2014), and Shmuel and Band (2016), which was added in the final production stage as a new recent paper, were removed during the publishing process. The references should appear on p. 391 in line 7 just after the word “deformation”.
