Research output: Contribution to a Journal (Peer & Non Peer)Articlepeer-review

Abstract

This article explores the extent to which the Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) deals adequately with the problem of sexual violence in armed conflict. Drawing on feminist jurisprudence and the burgeoning case-law of the International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, this book critically assesses the Statute of the ICC.
