Abstract
This article provides an introduction to the University of Galways `Designing Futures programme, is a new educational programme that will prepare students to deal with todays complexity and uncertainty, and the future world of work. This programme has been funded for five years, (2020-2025), through the Human Capital Initiative. It has been developed to enhance the employability of university graduates by offering additional practical and creative teaching, learning and skills development alongside traditional degree studies
