Abstract
A 67-year-old man, who had received intermittent courses of oral chlorambucil and prednisone as therapy for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia over a period of 3.5 years, developed fatal lung fibrosis. A case report and brief reviewof the current data on chlorambucil-induced lung disease are presented.
