In Table 1, the values in the “Site 2” column in the sixth and tenth rows should read “72.9” and “14.36” instead of “72.0” and “14.40”; the value in the “Average” column in the second row should read “70.02” instead of “70.52”; the values in the “National extrapolation” column in the seventh, eleventh, and twelfth rows should read “639,833.5”, “132,706.4” and “772,539.9” instead of “1,952,790.5”, “46,669.5” and “1,999,460.0”, respectively.
