Abstract
Research carried out to evaluate the impact and benefits of process automation and new technologies in
automotive industries. Many companies were investigated, and a comparison was made considering productivity,
investment and used human resources. As a result of this study, some valuable conclusions were reached. This dissertation
achieved the high mark possible due to its relevance and applicability.
