Abstract

Interventions for managing employment transitions and job search skills for re-employment among unemployed workers are examined. The importance of employment in promoting the recovery of those who experience serious mental health problems and disorders is also considered, and effective strategies for reintegrating people with mental disorders into the workforce are presented. Practice examples and case studies are presented based on evidence-based approaches that have been implemented in workplaces in different countries.
