Abstract
Housing in Ireland has changed significantly in the past decade. While the public and political focus has been on house prices, ghost estates and mortgage arrears, there has been a quieter development of housing rights taking place. These rights are impacting on the work of housing professionals in many new ways, and this article considers some of these influences.
