Abstract

Although Six Sigma has proved to be successful in many organisations around the world today, it does exhibit some limitations. This paper presents the top five limitations of Six Sigma from a global online survey carried out by the authors. The findings of the study will set an agenda for further research into the limitations of Six Sigma.
