N2 - Digital In-line Holographic Microscopy (DIHM) provides 3D images at micron resolution, where setup simplicity is required. It has been shown that there are two operating regimes for DIHM, having high or low magnification. We show that the high-magnification DIHM provides better resolution and show the results of our setup for imaging 1µm particles.
