Biography

I am an experienced Speech and Language Therapist, a PhD Candidate, and an educator at the University of Galway. I have a special interest in acquired communication disorders and enhancing communication for people with communication impairments. In my PhD research I am employing a realist approach, with Patient and Public Involvement, to enhance student health care professionals' ability to converse with people with stroke acquired communication impairments.
