Biography
Dr. Subhasis Thakur joined National University of Ireland,Galway in August 2016. He had worked as research fellow at the University of LAquila, Italy and University of Liverpool, U.K. He received PhD from Griffith University, Australia in the research area of multi-agent systems in 2013. He was awarded M.Phil from University of Queensland, Australia in 2009 in the research area of multi-agent systems. He had completed B.Engg from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India in 2004. His research interests are multi-agent systems, game theory, reasoning, cloud computing and the blockchain mechanism. He is leading several blockchain projects at Insight Centre for Data Analytics.
Research Interests
Dr. Subhasis Thakurs research interests are Decentralised Finance, Cryptography, Blockchains, Trustworthy AI, XAI, Simulations and Multi-agent systems, and Game Theory.
