Biography

My primary interest lies in applying computational methods to address complex biological questions, with a strong focus on Microbial Ecology. I approach this field through the lens of Computational Biology, drawing on a diverse toolkit that includes Machine Learning, Network Biology, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), Evolutionary Algorithms, and Mathematical Modeling.

By integrating concepts from Computer Science and Biology, I aim to uncover patterns, relationships, and mechanisms that advance our understanding of microbial communities and their roles in ecosystems.
