Research Interests

I am a PI in the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Research Cluster where my group is primarily interested in the development and application of statisticalmachine learning methods with a particular focus on genomics applications in immunology, cancer and neuroscience. My research has been funded by SFI, HRB, IRC, and the European Commission.
