Biography

Ornaith Rodgers is a lecturer in the French Department in the National University of Ireland Galway where she teaches French to Biotechnology and Science students,Language and Gender and Sociolinguistics. Her research interests are in Language Learning and Teaching, and in Gender and Language. She is particularly interested in new approaches to the teaching of Languages for Specific Purposes (LSP) in Higher Education.
