Biography

I ama Lecturer in Business Information Systems since 1996. Prior to joining University of Galway I worked in the software industry for 10 years as a software engineer. I also worked as a consultant in Ergonomics and Usability. I am a member of the Senior Editorial Board of the Journal of Information Systems Education, the ppremier journal on Information Systems education.I am on the programme committee for the International Conference on Information Systems Development and for the International Conference on Higher Education Advances. I have also acted as a reviewer for journals, conferences and research organisations such asthe European Journal of Information Systems, the Australasian Conference on Information Systems, the International Conference on Information Systems Development and the Economic and Social Research Council (UK).
