Biography

S. Kodeeswaran (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electrical and electronics engineering and the M.E. degree in power electronics and drives from Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, in 2010 and 2018, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India, in 2024.
He is working as a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Power Electronics Research Centre (PERC), University of Galway, Ireland. Before that, he was worked as an Assistant Professor (Adhoc) with the National Institute of Technology- Andhra Pradesh, Tadepalligudem, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has more than ten years teaching experience in various engineering colleges. He is working on high-power, high-efficiency capacitive power transfer for electric vehicles. His research interest also includes wide bandgap devices application on the wireless power transfer, 13.56 MHz RFID Sensors and Inductive coil design using the Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
Dr. Kodeeswaran is a reviewer of various conferences and peer reviewed journals in IEEE, IET, Elsevier, Springer Nature and Taylor & Francis etc., Particularly he is the reviewer of IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON POWER ELECTRONICS, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON TRANSPORTATION ELECTRIFICATION and IEEE JOURNAL OF EMERGING AND SELECTED TOPICS IN POWER ELECTRONICS.
