Biography
Lecturer in Shannon College of Hotel Management. MA in Adult Learning and Development through University of Galway. Degree in Culinary Arts ATU Galway. Winner of Inclusive teaching team award - Deans Award 2020 University of Galway. Member of Chefs of Ireland Association.
Teaching Interests
My areas of academic and professional interest include sustainability in hospitality, hospitality management, the history of food, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), and culinary innovation. I am particularly passionate about mentoring students for national and international competitions, supporting learners to achieve success through applied learning and professional development
