Teaching Interests

My main research-led teaching interests are in Latin American, particularly Chilean, narrative and film, and alsocomparative literature and culture, particularly the crime genre. I coordinate the Final Year BA Spanish and Final Year of Global Languages. On the BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies, Iteach first year Introduction to Latin America,second year Spanish Language, Modern Spanish-Language Drama, and Final Year Hispanic Crime Narrative. In the Global Languages programme, I teach on Memory, Memorialisation and Representations of Conflict. I teach on the International Contemporary Literature and Media MA on the module Contemporary Literary Genres.
