Research Interests

My research centres on the contribution of social and political theory to the understanding of organisations. I am particularly interested in critical theory, psychoanalysis, feminism and poststructuralism, and how these perspectives can shed light on organisational ethics, identity and culture.

My research currently focuses on speaking truth to power (whistleblowing) in organizations. I welcome working with PhD students in any of these areas, and on related ideas.
