Biography

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Galway. I completed my PhD and MS in the department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Georgia and my bachelors degree in Animal and Poultry Sciences at Virginia Tech.My research interests include a wide range of topics from the impact of climate change on food production to the influence of risk behavior on industry organization. Generally, I am interested in research that helps feed people good food without bankrupting the environment or those involved in the food system.
