Biography
Dr Jessica Hayes is a Senior Research Fellow and Programme Manager for the Global Health Programme in University of Galway. Jessica’s research comprises a multi-disciplinary cross-sectoral approach in the area of Global Health Security. In addition to extensive research management experience, Jessica contributes expertise in pandemic preparedness, design and implementation of cross-border decision tools and trainings, and bio-safety in health emergencies.
