Biography

I am a computational researcher working at the intersection of systems biology, cheminformatics, and data integration, with a focus on improving how complex biological and chemical information is organised, compared, and connected across large datasets. My research centres on developing computational approaches for molecular structure comparison and biochemical data reconciliation, enabling more consistent integration of heterogeneous biological and chemical information.

A key focus of my work is improving the integration of metabolomics data with biochemical knowledge, with the aim of strengthening the accuracy and coverage of genome-scale metabolic models. By developing methods that help resolve structural relationships between metabolites and improve how biochemical entities are reconciled across datasets, my research contributes to building more reliable computational frameworks for large-scale metabolic analysis and systems biology.
