Biography

Dr. Duygu Sezgin is a lecturer in General Nursing in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. She is also the Programme Coordinator for the Postgraduate Professional Credit Award Microcredentials in the School of Nursing and Midwifery.Dr. Sezgin completed her PhD in Public - No restriction Health Nursing at Istanbul University in 2016. She worked as a postdoctoral researcher in HSE and EU-funded projects related to older person care and frailty prevention. Herresearch background includes frailty, ageing, chronic disease management, transitional and intermediate care, health promotion interventions, quality care metrics, and occupational health and safety. She has Public - No restrictionations and research interests in systematic reviews and meta-analyses, Delphi methodology, model-based interventions, and qualitative study designs.
