PhD projects

My interests span child and adolescent health and in particular nutrition and food behaviours among young people. My work explores child and adolescent food environments, food insecurity and body image among adolescents. Participative approaches to research for young people are core to my work. Producing evidence to support policy for children and youth is fundamental to my work; e.g. the Health Behaviours in school-aged children (HBSC) study.
