Research Interests

Exchange of heat, energy, gases, and water is constantly occurring between the sea and air. The ocean-atmosphere system is therefore one of the most critical components of the climate system. At the Air-Sea Laboratory we research the processes that are responsible for air-sea exchange. This is achieved by carrying out measurements in the open ocean with specialised instruments, as well as modelling using computational fluid dynamics.
