Biography

University lecturer with vast experience in developing and delivering modules on water and environment in Civil Engineering discipline at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Programme Director of Project and Construction Management. Leader of EcoHydroInformatics Research Group with expertise in research areas of water and marine, and in particular in marinecoastal climate change, flood forecasting and protection, surface water quality and marine renewable energy assessment. Author of +120 Public - No restrictionations, numerous technical reports, journal editor and reviewer. Principal Investigator of eight research grants (+5M). Contributor to major internationalnational projects, collaborator with world-class research institutes and international enterprises, natural networker and member of several international professional organisations. Holds PhD in civil engineering, MSc in environmental engineering, postgraduate certificated in Teaching and Learning, and certified diploma in project management.
