The raw data has been uploaded as a series of Zip files, one for each buffer condition and one for the raw NTA files. Each zip file contains a series of folders with the raw instrument files and several Excel files with extracted data used to analyse spectral changes. An overall guide to the data structure is given in an Excel file: Raw_Data_summary-d6nr00519e.xlsx which also contains a summary of the extracted data.
