Martin provides business consultancy, facilitation and training to a client base across the public and private sector in both Ireland and the United Kingdom. Martin co-organised and co-chaired the Galway Leadership Forum in November 2018. The forum keynote speaker was Harvard Business Review author David Rooke � Seven Transformations of Leadership, and it attracted over 70 business leaders from the Galway region. Martin delivered a Leadership Workshop at the Galway Leadership Forum (2018).
