Description
Delivered an invited research seminar titled “Advancing Automotive Safety: Neuromorphic Imaging and Event Camera Innovations for In-Cabin Monitoring Systems” as part of the School of Computer Science Research Seminar Series at the University of Galway. Invited in my capacity as an industry expert from Xperi, the talk explored real-world applications of neuromorphic vision systems in automotive safety, with a focus on low-power event-driven sensing and its role in driver and occupant monitoring. The seminar was attended by academic staff, postgraduate researchers, and advanced undergraduate students.
