Invited Presentations: Prof. Mulligan was the Conference Rapporteur and was invited to deliver the Opening Remarks at the closing panel session, at the Harvard Kennedy School and Irish Taxation Institute Global Tax Policy Conference (Dublin, 2013). She was also invited to deliver a presentation on Tax Risk Management in a Global Context as part of a session on Global Tax Tourism at The Brehon Law Symposium (Westport, 2013).
