Member, 16-APR-19-03-OCT-19, Co-organised the Dillon Centenary Symposium, celebrating 100 years of carbohydrate research in Galway through invited scientific lectures (national and international), public outreach (Threesis Challenge), and cultural events (specially-commissioned ballet performance and historical lecture about Prof Thomas Dillon). Event successfully took place in ILAS on 2 October 2019.
