Research (e.g. Community based research). Research Lead. Developed an organisational assessment tool to solve problems more effectively and efficiently across a number of domains. For example, in collaboration with PMI, we launched a global Citizen Development Index (survey tool). By completing this survey, organisations can evaluate how Citizen Development is being utilised within their organisation and whether they are meeting its full potential at various maturity levels. Alternatively, if the organisation is considering the adoption of Citizen Development, this survey provides them with an organisational readiness assessment for the adoption of Citizen Development. Participants are also provided with key advice on how best to move forward with preparing for the adoption of Citizen Development or to advance to the next stage of maturity
