The session aims to cover several key topics, including: What Gen AI is, and is not Introduce litigation over (C) infringement AI cases Address the controversy over protectability of Gen AI assisted creations
We’ll also aim to allow some time at the end for an open discussion about AI and the Arts Council and possible steps forward. This will provide the opportunity for us to consider some important questions that the Arts Council may need to address with regard to AI.
